Social Media

Today I learned about Twitter and Facebook, and how you can use those social sites to improve advertising and brand awareness for your business. When I complete this class, I will help run the Facebook page for my work and this class has been very helpful in giving tips on how to manage the page well. I know that I need to work on being active on the page, answering questions, and listening to what people want to see and hear from us; more so than trying to post ads and getting them to buy things.
